What onboarding includes
The same four weeks on every plan; the scope grows with the number of connectors and stores.

Connect and check
ERP connector or CSV / SFTP export. Item master, stock by warehouse, sales history, open purchase orders. Data quality report.
- Week 2
Calibrate
Models trained on 12 to 24 months of history. Accuracy reviewed by category with the planner. Rules set: safety stock, service-level targets, case packs.
- Week 3
Run in parallel
IRIS proposals compared every morning with the current process. Differences explained; rules and events added.
- Week 4
Go live
Proposals validated in IRIS and created in the ERP. Thresholds opened category by category. On-site or remote training.

A spreadsheet works until the network reaches ten stores and a few thousand references. After that, the cost is hidden in stock-outs, overstock and planner hours.

Billing questions
Any point of sale that receives its own order proposals: a boutique, a counter in a department store, a pharmacy, an e-commerce warehouse. Central warehouses are not counted.
Yes. Moving up takes effect the next month. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal.
We connect one or two stores with your real data, calibrate the forecasts and run order proposals in parallel with your current process. At the end you get a written comparison. There is no charge and no obligation.
Monthly or annually in advance, invoiced in USD. Bank transfer. VAT applies where relevant.
You can export all your data at any time in CSV. There is no multi-year lock-in: annual contracts renew year by year, monthly contracts can be stopped with 30 days' notice.
