We build planning software for considered categories
IRISYS is a software company based in Dubai. We build IRIS, an AI forecasting and replenishment platform for beauty, cosmetics, luxury and pharma distribution, for Morocco first, then the Maghreb, the Gulf and French-speaking Africa.
Our story
IRIS started with a question from a luxury cosmetics distributor: why do our best-sellers run out while our back office is full of slow movers? The answer was not a bigger spreadsheet. It was a forecast per reference and per store, and orders that go straight into the ERP.
We built IRIS around the vocabulary the buyer already uses: order proposals, service level, coverage, transit warehouse. And around the objects generic tools ignore: testers, gifts with purchase, shades, lots and expiry dates.
Today IRIS is deployed with a luxury cosmetics distributor in Morocco, connected to Sage 100cloud, and designed to connect to any ERP through its integration hub.

Batch and expiry tracking, promotions and analytics modules. Integration hub for Odoo, Dynamics 365, SAP and NetSuite.

Headquarters in Dubai. Arabic interface with right-to-left layout. Pilot programme for the Gulf.
